Update a watch subscription
Edit name, dimension filter (null clears back to all), or active state; add_companies / remove_companies edit the watched list (adds are all-or-nothing and tier-capped; removes are idempotent); endpoint_ids replaces the webhook routing set. Costs 0 credits.
