For companies

Put your company on the record.

Bixel is where buyers, investors, partners, and their AI agents check what software companies actually do. A record makes you legible to all of them: dated, sourced, and working for you around the clock. You already publish everything it needs. Inclusion just makes it count.

What a record does for you

visibility

Seen at decision time

Buyers shortlisting your category compare pricing, features, security posture, and reliability side by side. A record puts your strengths in that comparison. Absence leaves it to your competitors.

credibility

Credible by construction

Every fact in your record carries a date and a source, and claims that hold up against independent observation get marked verified. That is a kind of credibility a pitch deck can't manufacture.

ai answers

Quoted by AI, not guessed at

Assistants and agents increasingly answer buying questions directly. Your record gives them dated, sourced facts about you to cite, instead of leaving your story to a model's guess.

diligence

Diligence-ready, always

Investors and partners see trajectory, not a snapshot: what you've shipped, how your team has grown, what changed and when. The record makes the case while you sleep.

How inclusion works

  1. 01

    Tell us who you are

The form below takes a minute. Your domain is the key: the record is built from what your company shows the world.

  2. 02

    Bixel reads your public surfaces

Pricing pages, security and trust pages, job boards, status pages, the live site. An identified crawler, one request a second, honoring robots.txt.

  3. 03

    Your record goes live

Please allow 24-48 hours for your company to appear in our allowlist. Your record stays current with every change.

Add your company

A minute now, a record working for you from then on. We respond personally, usually within two business days.

Help BixelBot read your site

Your record is only as rich as what Bixel can read. If your site sits behind a bot-verification wall, your record says “limited coverage” while your competitors’ show depth, and honesty means we won’t fill the gap by guessing.

The fix is two lines in your robots.txt. BixelBot identifies itself in every request, reads at most about one page a second, honors robots.txt and Crawl-delay, and never works around a block. If your CDN or anti-bot vendor manages access for you, ask them to allowlist the BixelBot user agent.

The full crawler reference, including IP verification and opt-out, lives on the BixelBot page.
